Loved the sourdough pasta! Without red sauce you can taste and smell the sourdough so I really sauce it up but my gut and taste buds liked it! Cooks well

Pasta that's enhanced, good texture
Really good quality pasta that shines through. The taste is a bit more robust than regular pasta, the texture is much firmer. If you prepare it the same as semolina pasta it seems to be more al dente, so extra cooking may be needed. I also appreciate that this is allergen friendly for peanuts and tree nuts.

Better with sauce
When eating the pasta plain, there is a tang to it. My kids refused to eat it, but one also likes plain noodles with no sauce, and these just were not great on their own. However, when mixed with sauce, the taste of the noodles really compliments it. I’m not sure if I would buy these again or not. If it was just me, definitely, but they aren’t the safest option when feeding masses.

Recently tried the sourdough pasta. Tastes better than regular pasta and organic. Cooks well with perfect consistency and I would use it in my favorite recipes.

It’s ok
The sour tang is quite noticeable for these, which means you have to be selective about which sauces you use with them. The texture is also different and more mushy than other pastas

Tried making the pasta to the directions on the box but it came out a bit gummy. For the next time, I will try cooking it a bit shorter. It was difficult to get al dente.
