Well…
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try this sourdough pasta because I had it in our pantry and our pantry got infested with tiny little bugs. I had to throw everything out. So I didn’t get to try this product.

Enjoyed the sourdough pasta. Made a great pesto pasta with it. Chewy texture and yummy taste. I’m not sure if this has the same benefits as fresh sourdough bread but if it does then even better!

UGH! Disgusting
This pasta was NOT it. I did not like how SOUR it tasted along with the pasta sauce. It enhanced the sourness of the pasta and I thought it tasted spoiled. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Good pasta
The pasta doesn't take long to cook. It does taste like sourdough when it's ready. The taste is not that noticeable after adding in pasta sauce. I would get these again! I like that it's a healthy alternative.

If you love sourdough…
You will love this sourdough pasta. I love sour so I love it with any pasta sauce but i recommend less acidic sauces to pair with this pasta.

Not for me
I had high hopes for these, but a solid no. I even tossed the rest of the box there was no way they would be close to trying to make again. The consistency was chewy and not like pasta at all.

Gut healthy pasta??
Amazing product. It was a bit sour, which is normal for sourdough, but wasn’t expecting such a twang from the noodle itself. Went great with a sweeter sauce to balance the sour taste.
