This was a great pickup from Costco and this pasta really is something else. I'm not usually a pasta guy, but this deal was really great and I couldn't pass it up. I ended up making the recipe that was on the side of the box, and it was absolutely delicious!

Perfect for a lemon pasta otherwise it does have a strong sour flavor. Good nutrients and love that it supports gut health as we all need that.

Great deal this was, choice of 2 pastas in one box. I know this is good for me being sourdough. Used it for numerous recipes. Hope they start making it with just a box of each option.

I tried this pasta and I really liked the texture and taste.It is made from healthy ingredients and I found that was easier to digest compared to other pasta that I have tried. I am happy to see that is available in Costco so I can buy larger quantities for reasonable price.

Hint of tang
I love sourdough bread so I was excited to try this sourdough pasta. Because of the pasta sauce, you can't really taste the tang like in the bread. It still has good texture and good to have 2 types of noodles to try. It's worth the 0.50 I paid.
