Really good pasta!
This pasta tastes great! You get the sourdough notes and slight tang yet the noodles are the perfect consistency. Perfect to complement any meal, I used for seafood and it was excellent!

Tangy sourdough flavor in your pasta
When you first try this pasta, you have to participate yourself for how sourdough tasting it really is. The brain has to adjust to the concept of sourdough in a pasta. But once you get past it , you will get hooked on it. I like to use it to make pasta salad, add it to soup, it has many uses. I love the clean ingredients and even though I try to eat gluten-free, this product is something I can get away with eating. I look forward to finding new ways to use it.

I really like that the pasta is easy to cook to al dente, and really hard to overcook. The variety in the pack is great for making different types of pastas and/or salads. Great quality and quantity for the price.

Definitely a different twist on traditional pasta noodles. They have a distinct sourdough taste which can be great if you like sourdough. We liked them with Alfredo sauce more than marinara sauce.

We enjoyed the taste of this pasta over regular pasta. My kids loved it as well. You could use oil or traditional sauce and both worked wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Easy to digest with a great taste
This is my new favorite pasta. I like the ingredients and how I feel after eating this; less issues with shaky feeling. There is a slight sour flavor like sourdough but I like it.
