It’s ok
The sour tang is quite noticeable for these, which means you have to be selective about which sauces you use with them. The texture is also different and more mushy than other pastas

Tried making the pasta to the directions on the box but it came out a bit gummy. For the next time, I will try cooking it a bit shorter. It was difficult to get al dente.

Wonderful Taste
I love the Bionaturae gluten free pasta's, so I had high hopes for this new Sourdough pasta and wow it tasted great! It's tastes wonderful and of course has great texture but I will say that it smells like super strong sourdough when it is cooking! And then is much more milder in taste unfortunately. But I would still highly recommend it because it is much better than normal boring pasta.

it really tastes sour. like i was not expecting the sour to come through so much. obviously there are health benefits to it but it does take away from the pasta experience from me

Hearty pasta. Good if you prefer sourdough flavor.
The flavor was interesting, but not what I prefer. I actually tasted more sourdough flavor in the sauce than I did when I ate the noodles plain. I liked that they were hearty and not soggy, but the flavor is not what I expected from pasta.
