Sleep assistance
This product seemed to work pretty well at getting me relaxed and ready to sleep . I would recommend it to other people to try for themselves as it didn’t leave me feeling groggy either by morning .

I have insomnia so it takes a great product to help me fall asleep. I actually fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep all nite. IF IT WORKED FOR ME I'M SURE IT WILL HELP OTHERS!!!

I’ve now had insomnia for over 30 years and I’ve tried everything I can think of and this has actually helped me which is a first for me I’m very glad I tried it. Now it doesn’t work every night but I can skip a few days and then take it it works best for me that way

This product didn't help me sleep or had any difference to my sleep. It also tasted weird to me, really chalky and unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend, I'll stick to what I currently use and repurchase.

These really do work, you fall asleep within an hour or so and stay asleep all night, and wake up feeling great, no drowsy side effects. Good product.
