Works great
I have long periods of insomnia off and on and I hate it. I’m always looking for new things to help. Some are a flop, some are good. I’ve only used this a couple days so far so I can’t comment on the longevity, but these last couple nights I’ve been able to fall asleep relatively quick and stay asleep most of the night. So it’s a win for now.

I’m very satisfied with the new Melatonin-Free Sleep Mix. I used that supplement for a week before going to bad and after began feeling a big difference. I slept very well and quietly. Felt less stress in a morning, even something is bothering me. So, it’s very effective Sleep Mix. Has a great taste. No Melatonin, clean formula. I’m planning to take all 20 servings and then take a little break. But definitely I’m suggesting everyone to try.
