I have long periods of insomnia off and on and I hate it. I’m always looking for new things to help. Some are a flop, some are good. I’ve only used this a couple days so far so I can’t comment on the longevity, but these last couple nights I’ve been able to fall asleep relatively quick and stay asleep most of the night. No sleep
This melatonin free sleep mix did not work for me. I got up several times to go to the bathroom and had a hard time falling back to sleep. I won't be getting this again.

I’m very satisfied with the new Melatonin-Free Sleep Mix. I used that supplement for a week before going to bad and after began feeling a big difference. I slept very well and quietly. Felt less stress in a morning, even something is bothering me. So, it’s very effective Sleep Mix. Has a great taste. No Melatonin, clean formula. I’m planning to take all 20 servings and then take a little break. But definitely I’m suggesting everyone to try.
