Who knew brown sugar could be exotic and fun. I enjoyed the Bourbon infused sugar. Tastes good. Smells good. Not overpowering, just a hint of added flavor. I've had it stirred into my yogurt and granola. I also used it in a cookie recipe. Good stuff!

Great for banana bread

Very fresh and had good flavor. It's natural with no added molasses. It doesn't get clumpy like some brands. Great taste and easy to spoon and measure.

You can smell it the moment the bag is open, and it is a warm real vanilla smell rather than the sharp candy note artificial vanilla has. The sugar is a coarse turbinado style crystal

Expensive but good
I tried the vanilla and the bourbon flavors and they're both fab. The sugar is soft and fresh, not one big lump of a hard mess and you really do get a depth of flavor and richness you wouldn't expect. I baked with it and also used in coffee and to top yogurt, all delicious.

The sugar is moist and the flavor is just right- it gives enough vanilla without being overpowering or too subtle. We tried it in our coffee, matcha and baking and it was just right!

I have never used a store-bought sweetener with other flavors in it before. I have had sugar with used vanilla beans in it, which is very tasty. This is comparable, but a bit different since it's a darker sugar. It really is delicious. I would recommend it for the taste, but it is a bit pricey.
