A great way to use fresh herbs
I prefer using fresh herbs when I cook. Getting them frozen allows me to not have such a short shelf life, so I can almost always have them on hand.

Fresh herbs
Liked the freshness and price. Very nice packaging. Very easy to spot in the store. We use chives and dill regularly for flavor, instead of salt.

These taste very fresh compared to other herbs in the stores and I like that you can tell what herbs they are still because most dried herbs it’s so hard to tell if it is truly that or not based on look and smell and these are the complete opposite of those.

I loved that the product was not soggy when I took it out to use and the freshness was still preserved in the freeze dried herbs. It was an absolute delight to try and I am eager to try the rest!

I tried the organic basil and it was just what I expected! A crisp, savory dried basil, and a great topper for so many items. I haven’t needed to by this myself yet but I would.
Better than you'd think.
I believe freeze dried herbs and other foods hold thier nutrients best. It's like eating fresh ingredients. Not 100% but very close. I liked to add it in my foods.
