With Social Nature, people can try natural products for free in exchange for writing a review on social media. We hope to inspire millions of people to #trynatural through our member's social reviews.

Our Founder is an experienced and passionate entrepreneur, formerly CEO of ethicalDeal, North America’s largest green daily deal website (acquired in 2015). Read more about our story.

Enterprise Account Executive, Full Time, Vancouver

At Social Nature, our Enterprise Sales Executives are responsible for growing our business by building new relationships with leading consumer brands and agencies across North America. One week you might be presenting our solution over the phone to the VP Marketing at VEGA, and the next week meeting with leading brands at the Natural Product Expo in California. This role is based out of our head office in Vancouver BC, but some travel is required. If you thrive at the intersection of passion, performance and purpose than we want to hear from you!

Who You Are

  • Solid experience. Minimum 5-7 years of advertising sales experience, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals, delivering significant revenue, and customer growth.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills – the position is charged with building strategic, long-term partnerships with major brand marketers. Being able to think on your feet and to get creative about building customer solutions is one of the key factors in your success at Social Nature.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Overall responsibility for cold, outbound sales over the phone and in-person
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for key accounts
  • Manage, on a regular basis, pipeline development, planning, forecasting, lead generation, engagement of prospects, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations and closing

Client Service Lead, Full Time, Vancouver

We are looking for a client service lead to fill an immediate opening. 

You will be the primary “owner” of the day-to-day relationship between Social Nature and our clients, responsible for the implementation details and successful delivery of our campaigns according to the client’s marketing objectives. You will report to the Director of Campaign Operations, and work alongside the sales team to consult on the best ways to optimize our client's campaigns. Our client's experience with Social Nature is literally in your hands!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Actively manage day to day relationships with clients and take strategy lead on all upcoming campaigns
  • Send clients an overview of the campaign strategy and key milestones before their campaign starts and respond to any inquiries that come up throughout the campaign
  • Clearly communicate campaign objectives and the implementation strategy to the Operations team via the Client Brief
  • Create and optimize product listings for SEO and advise on custom targeting questions
  • Develop an optimal recruitment strategy for each campaign by building queries in CMS and expand/alter the recruitment parameters as needed
  • Coordinate with clients and warehouse to ensure all campaign materials comply with our guidelines and arrive on time
  • Proactively update the client throughout the campaign as key milestones are met or issues arise
  • Invoice clients 
  • Keep apprised of Social Nature’s new offerings and development to relay to clients
  • Other duties as specified
