Zinc and C
The taste was a bit off for me. I didn't notice a difference with these vitamins, but you really need to take vitamins for 3+ months to see a difference. The ingredients seem good though.
Helps to relax the body
After taking Wholistic Zinc+ I felt more relaxed. I took it in the evening, I felt restful. I would like to continue to take these so that I can see more results. I love that it supports the immune system and it’s Non GMO.
