Good product
I recently started trying these and I think they are helpful. I don’t know the science behind them, but I’d like to think that they are helping me in someway.
Great chewy vitamins
I like the first day beand gummies. They have a good bouncy texture. It does not stick to my teeth. Flavors are nice and sweet. Overall good to add these supplements to my diet

These probiotics were easy to take and had a good texture, but I found the gummies a little sweeter than I prefer. I liked the convenience and the fact that they don't require swallowing a pill, although I didn't notice a major difference from taking them. Overall, a decent option if you prefer probiotic gummies.

These are fine, I didn't really notice any benefits but I don't usually notice effects of prebiotics and postbiotics that I take. I like the packaging.
