Magnesium supplements
Took it and didn't feel much different. The sample size was too small so it's harder to determine if the product is good and effective or not
Peaceful sleep
I love this tasty frizzy drink, it really helps me relax get a good night sleep. The added probiotics are a nice monitor healthy digestion and even helps with constipation Highly recommend
Overall okay
I can't speak to the effectiveness of the product as a magnesium supplement as I did not have my magnesium levels tested. However, I can comment on the flavor. I found the taste a bit off-putting at first but you get used to it the more you drink it. Tastes much better cold.
Great Tasting Magnesium Supplement
Most magnesium products have an acquired aftertaste, however the flavouring used in this product tasted natural while blending well with the powder. It was easy to take but it would be more convenient in individual serving packets.
Surprisingly good!
I was really hoping to find something that will help me sleep more easily at night. Had low expectations of this product as previously have tried other natural sleep aids without any success. This was really able to get me to feel calm and made falling asleep much easier. I really like the taste as well but found that it does take some effort to dissolve the product. Will definitely be repurchasing.

I thought it was OK . But a little sour. As long as it does what It is supposed to I than that is all that matters. I actually only tried it once. Make I should try it for a week and see if I notice any changes or benefits
