As expected
Since it's a small size I cannot comment on any long term benefits. However the vitamins is easy to take. I found it similar to the other brands I have had in the past. I may purchase in the future.
I could not use this product per my doctors advice
I received this product as a sample to test and review for social nature. Upon advising my doctor I was cautioned against it and was not able to sample.

Was nervous to try.. but these chaned my mind
I was so nervous to try these. Not sure why but I feel like if you were on them for a couple months straight you would start to feel a difference. I am greatful for the sample and will going to purchase a bottle for myself
Easy to ingest!
These vitamins were easy to ingest. I’ve had issues with liking the taste of some vitamins but these did not put me off. Easy to incorporate daily and a much needed boost during these winter months!
Great little Capsules
The Vitamin D3 capsules by Wholistic were easy to swallow and gluten free and Non-GMO. I enjoyed trying these pills as they helped me avoid Vitamin D deficiency during the cold winters.
Daily dose of sunshine
I loved the product, unlike some brands of vitamin D, I could really notice a difference on days I consumed the product. I will definitely be adding the product to my regular morning routin

I received a couple samples in the mail to review. I really did t notice a difference because I was not taking it for an extended period of time. But I do plan on buying this product in the future

I usually take vitamins during the year but I need to take Vitamin D in the winter because we dont go out and be exposed to the sun a lot, I can recommend this one
Perfect vitamin top up
Recently was discharged from the hospital with low levels of D3. This was perfect as gave me the boost I needed and put my BW back into the normal range. This definitely is now my go to so I will not get low D3 again which is easy in the Canadian cold winters
