These gummies taste good and are an easy addition to a daily routine. I like that they're vegan and contain ingredients aimed at supporting hair, skin, and nails. They're convenient and much easier to take than pills, although results take time and can be hard to notice right away.

I took the entire packet of gummies. They were a bit hard and chewy to eat but manageable. I didn't really notice a difference after I finished the bag. Maybe I need to take them longer??

Doesn't really work
It gets stuck and clings to your teeth, and you could lose a filling. Be careful! I used these vitamins for the entire course and won't buy them again. They're an unfair price.
