It’s really difficult to review a product like this after only using it for a short time. At this point all I can say with certainty about these creatine gummies is that they taste good and are vey convenient.

Tastes good
I do like the taste & gummies were easy to chew -soft & chewy. I think they are too expensive for me to purchase again - as 4 gummies are 5g of creatine ( which is how much my Dr wants me to get a day) but one bag only has 8 servings in / so that’s too much $$ for 8 servings / I’ll stick to my powdered creatine/ sorry
