Local and delicious!
I have purchased other Cleveland Kitchen products and the Kimchi was no question when it came to giving it a try. My family enjoyed the zip and flavor of the classic kimchi and we will keep this and other Cleveland kitchen products in stock
Good crunch
I love Kimchi. I like to eat it plain, in a bowl, with rice. This was my first time trying vegan kimchi. It has a great crunch, good level of spice. It did taste different from non-vegan kimchis, and I prefer what I am buying now. Good if you need to get kimchi now and you are in Target.
Kimchi is amazing
I absolutely loved the flavor of this kimchi. I used it with soup, as a side and as a snack on its own. It has so many health benefits that are great.
Delicious
Really liked this product. Wonderful and flavorful. Terrific taste. Used it to make a salmon dish that came out great! Tastes fresh with very pleasant spiceness.
Good taste
This item have strong garlic taste which make it really good to have with salad. The zip bag is a plus that can seal the flavor in it without spill out.
Not Traditional Kimchi
One of the great things about kimchi is that it is versatile and there are many ways to make it. That said, I prefer a traditional kimchi with some kick. This product was neither made with a traditional recipe nor was it spicy. The Cleveland Kitchen kimchi is made with apples and has sugar added. The apples and sugar add a sweetness that is just not necessary. I wouldn't buy this product again.
Tasted aurhentic
I can compare it to a lical kimchi retailer shop i go to. It was pickled well and has the tangy and spicy kimchi taste like a local kimchi would taste like.
Too spicy
It was to spicy and didn't like the taste. I like the regular flavor. If you like spicy you will like this. Smell is to strong for me Will stick to original flavor
Vegan classic kimchi
The vegan classic kimchi we got is now one of our favorite kimchis to buy. My husband eats it with sardines and I eat it plain. A few flavors to choose from.
