Bellway Fiber Gummies.

Not sure why the review wants me to say these are the beauty gummies? They aren’t. This review is for the Bellway Fiber gummies in the red container. These gummies are fairly terrible. The texture is so bad. They are hard. I had to soak them in water and then let them dissolve in my mouth like a cough drop. You can’t chew these. The taste is okay, actually. But the texture is so bad I’d never recommend or use these again. As for how well they work? I haven’t noticed a difference between these gummies and the brands powder version. Neither seem to work.

The gummies are an easier way to look forward to take than pills. The texture of the gummies are soft and chewy. The taste is great i can taste the citrus of the lemon and hint of raspberry. I didn't noticed a difference right away but after the 5 th day of taking them I became to start using the bathroom more frequently ,I also noticed I wasn’t as bloated. On the 14 day I started to notice my finger nails were not breaking easily this gummies helped get them stronger. I am loving this gummies and I will continue taking them. They taste great ,easy to take, results are not right away but they do work and best of all they are affordable. I do recommend it
