Good sausage
Never heard of this brand so I was excited to try. I use sausage for jambalaya or to oven bake and eat on a bun. This is uncured and free from all the bad ingredients. It's good but its quite expensive compared to other brands and at stores I don't generally shop at but if you want a healthier option this is a option.
Ok-ish
The sausage was terrible, but it wasn’t good. Had a fun after taste, sliced it up and fried it before, adding it to a pasta, tasted it with the pasta, and without and still tasted that peculiar after taste.

Typical sausage with great flavor!
I was born in Germany, so I know Keilbasa. This one is pretty good. It has great flavor! I like to stir fry mine and add onions which compliments it really well. You can taste the smoke and seasonings. Very versatile too! Rest for breakfast or dinner!

Pedersons always had good bacon but then I tried this sausage and I absolutely loved it too. Good flavor, easy to heat over a grill, and tastes really good between a roll.
