I really liked this honey. It has a very strong, rich flavor. The texture is nice. Kind of crystallized and thick. It supposedly has very good health benefits, but I havenât taken it long enough to really notice.

Manuka honey
This honey is rich and smooth and creamy. So far it has not crystalized at all. I put this in my smoothies and over hot cereals. It is raw and Non-GMO which is great and it is not pasteurized. The only objection is that it is in a plastic container. Glass is preferable so that if it did crystalize it could be heated to dissolve the crystals. Plastic should NEVER be heated.
