This honey tastes a little different from regular honey. It has a slight medicinal taste to it but i suppose that's the point. I just took it by spoonful and it seemed to help calm my seasonal allergies.

First thing in the morning, when I am not fasting. Really like the gut health benefits. I am always taking in honey. I sometimes get from the local farmer, but like to have the Manuka on tab too. It's a must have.

Convenient and Easy to add to Tea!
I like that this manuka honey comes in a squeeze bottle. It made adding it to my tea much easier! It tasted like the regular delicious Comvita honey I already know, but just more convenient!
