Don't really have a thought either way
This Orem. Is extremely expensive. I didn't really notice it helping. Felt that it was just okay. I would not by again. But I'm sure other people find it helpful

Total gut probiotic
I take this as directed and it really works. So worth the money it's a must try. I really like how you can open the pill and sprinkle it on your food.

The pill was pretty easy to swallow. I’m never quite sure what probiotics does to my gut, but it certainly wasn’t bad for me and there was a little less bloating with this pill.

I think it works
I started to take it 2 weeks ago because usually during the period of time of traveling, my gut wouldn’t work as “properly” as it should be due to travel schedule. I found it seems to work quite well so there is bowel movement everyday with no indigestion problem. Only wish the price point can be better.

No odd taste or smell. Good probiotic. No issues. I didn’t notice any difference myself but no problems either. I don’t know what else to say.

I was eating a lot of fiber at the time to help lower my cholesterol. Drinking a lot of water and taking these seemed to counteract some of the undesirable affects of increased fiber intake.
