Rich Flavor That Goes a Long Way
I really enjoyed this organic Tonkatsu sauce from Ocean's Halo. The flavor profile is rich and bold, almost reminding me of a unique barbecue style sauce. I tried it plain first, so I could get a feel for the taste, and I found that a little goes a long way. Because it's so flavorful, you don't need much to enhance a dish, but I did add it to some vegetable fried rice versus a protein. You may need more to get that flavor packed in a protein dish. I plan on using it again for different things, but would recommend giving it a try.

Pretty decent
This was pretty good for this type of sauce. I don't use Tonkatsu often, but I do prefer it to soy sauce. I will consider ithis brand next time I need it.

The flavor was good. The consistency was good, not watery or runny. Definitely would buy again. Like the ingredients and that it is versatile. I used it as a dip but next time will try it with ramen.

Great flavor

Okay product
This product is okay, but it has a bit weird smell that I can not describe. And I need to use a lot of it so I can taste it, otherwise, it tastes plain.

Great tasting
This bottle is lasting forever. It has a great flavor and a little goes a long way. I love using it in a cilantro lime spaghetti dish that I make. It has a strong flavor so u only have to use a little bit.

Didn't Know What to Expect, and Liked It!
I had never heard of or tried tonkatsu sauce before, and this sample was a delicious surprise. We opened the jar while eating Chinese food, and it was delicious stirred into rice, as a dip for egg rolls, and more. I can't wait to try it with other foods!
