These gummies are easy to take and have a flavor that kids will probably enjoy, but they were a little sweeter than I expected. The texture was good and I liked the convenient gummy format, although I’d prefer something with less of a candy-like taste. Overall, a decent option if getting kids to take supplements is a struggle.

Good for bigger kids
It’s nice that there are gummies dosed for bigger kids and not just children or adults. Usually you have to follow other aged instructions for them.

I live in a fairly large house with a lot of different age group ranging from elderly adults to teenagers to pregnant woman so needless to say a lot of first day Gummies have been very useful for everyone’s health benefits. Only tried one months worth of Gummies, but we’ll have to get more for long-term use and see how it goes but so far A ok
