The favor in these was way too strong for me. I like a gummy alternative for a supplement but the taste was too sour for me to stomach unfortunately.

Tried the bloat version of this product and it wasn’t helpful for my case. It don’t help much to release the bloating. Most likely it may have only for my case.

Not my favorite taste
I appreciate having these an option to keep at work or in my bag when I am coming up short on protein for the day. But the taste was not for me. I found that if I doubled the water (or halved the product) it was more palatable.
