Unfortunately, It Made Me Sick
I was really disappointed with Arrae Targeted Supplements because they made me feel sick after taking them. I expected the product to be gentle and helpful, but my experience was the opposite. Because of how I felt after using them, I stopped taking the supplements. Unfortunately, this product was not a good fit for me and I would not purchase it again.

Decent but there may be a better alternative!
I just recently started using the Arrae bloating supplement and I thought it worked well. The first time I took it I had a hard time getting past almost like a heartburn feeling but then moving forward when I took the supplement I didn’t notice it so maybe something I took with it just didn’t interact well. I don’t think the results are necessarily dramatic, but it did help relieve the bloating to an extent. I just have a hard time justifying purchasing it with the high price point.

I felt like these may have helped slightly with bloating, although I'm not sure if it was a placebo effect. They're worth trying, but I didn't notice a significant difference overall. I do appreciate that they're made with all natural ingredients.

Interesting product
I've been having lots of sleep issues thus I tried this. Simple instructions take before you sleep. I woke up the next morning finally well rested. Great packaging by the company Only complaint is the price of the product.

Felt the effects
I really felt the effects of the metabolism in MB+1 but definitely would need to be on it consistently. I would not take them off and on but just every day to really get the best outcome.
