Convenient
I like that it's fool proof and all ingredients are there. The step by step instructions are helpful. The meal tasted good. These kits would be good for people who are stumped in the kitchen.
Convenient but pricy
We enjoyed the tasty meals and proportioned ingredients. I think you would save money by meal prepping your own recipes. Portions aren't huge.

Quick, Healthy Meals
Fresh Prep had a great selection of healthy, quick meals online, perfect for prepping dinners on weekdays! I love their reuseable containers which help reduce plastic waste and was easy to store in my fridge.

I've tried pretty much every meal kit in my area and this one is by far the best. Every single meal that I've had has been absolutely amazing. I've actually recreated several of them and they're now in repertoire of meals that I make

I like the idea of having it ready in any time, that saves me time in my tight daily schedule. Amazingly some can be done in 2 minutes. The best part is they are all from Canadian made.
Have not personally tried
I have not personally tried freshprep but I know people that have tried it and they appreciate the delivery service. It's a weight off their shoulders for sure
