Good for daily use after workouts-simplifies steps

I only used this once to try because I have other shampoo and conditioner in my goToobs right now, but the it cleans better than your average 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner combo. Even though I still like dedicated products, it is more convenient for travel since there is only one product. It is a decent accompaniment to the weekly Kevin Murphy maxi wash or Ouai Detox shampoo that I use to remove chlorine for swimming and sulfate free like my Giovanni shampoo that I used since college. It does kind of remind me of a mans shampoo though as it is gray.
