These didn't work or do anything for my sleep. I have issues staying asleep some times and these didn't help with that. I still woke up throughout the night.

Works wonders
This stuff works at helping me fall asleep. I take it an hour before bedtime and I start getting drowsy where I end of falling asleep without even realizing it.

Sugar-Free Sleep Aid by Brightfull
This did help me fall asleep quickly the one time I took it, but I woke up with a strong headache and felt groggy for most of the next day. I ended up stopping use because of that reaction. What's strange is the melatonin content is actually lower than another GNC product I've taken before, yet this one hit me much harder , not sure why, but the side effects weren't worth it for me.

I like the Brightfull Sugar-Free Sleep Aid because it’s easy to incorporate into my nighttime routine. The sugar-free format is convenient, and the taste is pleasant without being overly sweet. The packaging is also easy to use, making it a simple option to keep by the bedside.

Great sleeper supplement but definitely overpriced. The flavor was okay but chalky. I’m a big fan of the effectiveness though! I don’t see it at many stores

It works
My wife and I picked these up at sprouts and were surprised by how well they work. Pop one and 30-45 mins later you are sound asleep. The flavor taste good as well!

Cute Packaging, That's About It
I got this for my gf to help her sleep and while she loves the 'cute packaging,' that's really it. This didn't make any change to my night owl so not worth it.

Good sleep
I tried this sleeping aids when I came back from 15 day out of country travelling. It helped me to get thru jet-lag within a week, it took me one month before. And best of all it’s sugar free. But the flavor is not the best though.
