Overall good product
Overall, this product worked well. I would recommend for night time use, and it does have a nice, subtle effect on the mind. The ingredients are good quality, and is from a reliable brand.
Dont like the smell
I do not really like this stress relief spray because I do not really see any effect and the smell is pretty strong that I do not really like.

I tried using this product a couple of times but I don't notice much difference. I didn't really like the taste either so it's something I likely won't repurchase.

It was good
I tried it for a week and i did notice some reduced anxiety . I’m fairly new to trying stuff like this so I’m not really sure but during the time i was trying i did notice that i would feel calmer than most days
