Why choose sprouted bread? They are storehouses of good taste and good health. Sprouting is nature’s way of unlocking valuable nutrients, making them readily available and easily digested. It makes nutrients easier for our bodies to absorb while retaining all their nutrition and fiber. At Silver Hills Bakery, a family-owned business, your health comes first and that's why they've crafted sprouted bread. Every ingredient is guaranteed to be non-GMO, the way food was meant to be.

I really did like. It is high quality and tasty. It is a little on the dry side but given that it's healthier than other brands it's worth the try!
This is a very delicious bread, but this was a little bit tough and dry since the bread has to be refrigerated. Anyway, it is a healthful choice.
This just really wasn't delicious. It tasted foamy for some reason and I honestly didn't even finish the entire loaf. I usually really like gluten free bread, but this was just tasteless - cardboard-y.
I Loved it! The fact that it is a sprouted bread - that alone was enough to get my attention but then to include the fact that there are quite a few different flavors to choose from, (I had the Mack's Flaz Bread!), sold me!
I tried this bread, and I loved it. I tried the Big 16, and I enjoyed it. I used it in sandwiches, and for toast. It held up pretty well both toasted and untoasted. I preferred it a bit toasted. That's just my personal preference as with any other bread for me. I also liked that it was non-gmo. I recommend this bread, and I will definitely purchase in the future.
