For a healthy sprouted bread, this is delicious. I’ve heard sprouted grains are a better way to eat grains, and I believe this was my first time trying them. Very yummy!
Love love love this stuff. Great flavor, and it boosts my energy. Compared to other breads, the nutrition value is amazing. I do keep it in the freezer until I'm ready to use, and then keep it in the refrigerator once I open it because it does tend to mold quicker due to it being all fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend.
The loaf was soft and able to hold up as a full sandwich. The taste works well with both savory and sweet flavors. The texture was firm. This is a very good bread.
I love that this is organic. Very soft bread too which I like. I like how there are different flavors too. I want to try them all! Definitely would buy again!
