Great natural multivitamins for those with an active lifestyle. It was easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Hard to say if it worked any differently from my usual brand but I will def consider getting these in the future.

Gave me more energy to keep up with my active lifestyle. Helped with recovery from those tough workouts so I could get backinto the Gym Faster.
I don't feel my energy level go up but i like this product.because it is another way of adding vitamins to my diet. I think it's good to have these kind of natural multivitamins.
Thought this was a great product to use espiecally when I felt sore and uncomfortable, I found that it gave me more energy but didn’t last as long as I would have liked. Overall good product for short periods of time, but great for sore muscles.

I am not overly active in the physical activities department, but do have a busy daily schedule with three boys in sports and school activities. I found that these vitamins did give me a boost in energy which is great because I can always use that extra boost.
Boost in energy, helps with running. Not seeing it in stores like Loblaws or Metro...Really wish I felt the reduction in soreness... Overall, a decent product.
I would say for busy professionals this supplement helps boost energy and keeps you feeling sharp and fit without disturbing your digestion.
I really enjoyed taking this product. I do yoga regularly and like to keep fit. It helped give me energy! It helped me to recover after a hard class where I really pushed my edge. Would recommend.
