I’m not quite sure how to review this because I only took it as a shot. The taste isn’t great, but I feel like for all of these. It wasn’t any worse. I feel like it helped and was nutritional.

I thought this energy shot was a little too sweet but it did provide fast energy. After drinking it, I felt more alert. It is compact and easy to carry.

Natural Reset
I tried the Relax flavor, and the soothing chamomile and lemon balm flavors truly helped me relax and prepare my body to rest. It took less than one hour to take effect, and I slept soundly for longer than I have in a while. I felt rested in the morning and didn't experience a "crash" at all the next day.

This product was more expensive than I would like to pay for something so small. I am not convinced that the shot actually does what it claims it does.

Focus is a winner
Tried the Focus variety. It doesn't have stevia, which is a huge plus for me. One of the key ingredients is L-Theanine, which has a calming effect. It also has vitamins B2 and B7, in addition to caffeine from green tea. I also liked the taste, which had an orange flavor.
