Asparagus Fries

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed 
  • 1/2 cup plain flour 
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten 
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated 
  • Herbamare® Original Herbed Sea Salt


  1. Roll the asparagus in the flour, dip in beaten egg and then cover with breadcrumbs and parmesan, pressing lightly to ensure they stick. 
  2. Place the asparagus on a baking tray and bake at 400ºF for 7-13 minutes or until golden brown. 
  3. Sprinkle with Herbamare® Original Herbed Sea Salt to taste, serve immediately and enjoy!

Where to Buy

Well I really didn't like it too much, the flavor is too much for me, I tried it only twice and couldn't use it anymore. I gave it away to somebody else and never asked them if they like it or not, sorry.


Just so simple to use. Whenever you want to season some food with salt, you can use Herbamare as an alternative. The herbs give lots of subtle flavor it reduces my sodium consumption. Would recommend, and have been, to all who care about their health.


Just not sure. I think it is more like salt than seasoned salt. However I am a flavor hound. It is sea salt. And organic, but when I hear herbed I think I expect more.


I loved it I put it on a lot of food I cooked. It gave the food a fantastic flavor. I put it on chicken and on my meat. And I loved how the chicken and meat tasted. You should try Natural I got a free sample. And I most definitely will be buying this product.


Tasted just like a fresh clean mouth watering flavor that I really likedand so did my family I am definitely Interested In purchasing this product soon.
