The bacon was good thickness and quality, I also liked that it's free of gluten, antibiotics, hormones, and nitrite. There was no trade off in taste either.

Great Flavor but Cooked Down to too Little
This bacon had great flavor but cooked down to slmost nothing. I would need to packages to meet the need for some of my standard recipes making it cost prohibitive.
