The Vital farms organic restorative eggs are wonderful. It has a thick, rounded yolk with a deep marigold-orange hue rather than a pale yellow. The rich yolk creates a natural sauce for toast or grain bowls without needing heavy seasoning.

All the thins about these eggs are good. Naturally raised, brown eggs, bright orange egg yolks, healthier, give you better nutritional benefits, etc. But just too pricey for a dozen of eggs.
