Convenient
I loved how convenient these were to take and really liked these for my kids, however I’m not quite sure if these actually worked well at curbing their sugar cravings.
Bitter Taste
I understand the point is to help you break sugar cravings but the taste is so bad it makes me gag. I kind of am left wanting more sugar to get rid of the taste. Yuck.

Made my breath smell good and it helped reduce my sugar cravings which is great since I’m trying to lose body fat so I can just chew on these and it lessens my wanting of sugary sweets

I was skeptical when I first tried it, but it actually works, and the taste is top notch (for me anyway). It's nice to have something that will knock those cravings down, but still taste good while doing it.

It was OK don’t know if my mouth was extra dry. I didn’t dissolve all the way left residue right now. And didn’t feel any different for sweets
Quick "treat"
These were nice for a "sugarbreak", when I'd usually reach for gum or mints. Was definitely a neat option to try, but too expensive to make a regular habit.
