I love new things but my family does not, so they were skeptical. I made it and just said it was doctored ramen noodle soup and they scarfed it down!!! They are already asking for me to make it again!!!
I really wanted to like this product. It took so long to get my coupon, then to track down the product. I don’t hate it, I just don’t like it enough to buy it personally. I am no stranger to noodles and soups. As a child, I ate tons of ramen during hard times. And as an adult, I fell in love with pho. I teally wanted this ramen broth to be amazing. But I was turned off from the very beginning. The broth looks cloudy and murky. I was expecting a clear broth. I used organic udon noodles for my taste experiment. I don’t know if this is supposed to be used as is, but it tastes kind of bland and has a bitter aftertaste to it. The carton suggests adding in a few toppings so I crumbled up some nori into it and also added some bonito flakes. That made it easier on the palate for me. It sounded great: organic and healthy. I really wish it had worked out for me.
