Kinda bitter. Needs some flavor
It tastes like a kefir without any flavor. It can be bitter. Its definitely recommended for cibo as this works on gut health. I would love to have it with some fruits to be palatable

I guess i don't like real yogurt
This was not for me. You would have to like a tangy yogurt taste to enjoy this drink which, as it turns out, i do not. I even tried mixing it with cold brew and chocolate milk, it's pretty strong even with those. Not bad but not for me.
