Salads of the Sea Cajun Crab Dip I recently tasted the Salads of the Sea Cajun Crab Dip. It is a blend of imitation crab meat, Neufchatel cheese, pimentos, and Cajun spices. It has the creaminess of Neufchatel cheese, but the Cajun spices really help balance it out. I would say it is on the spicy side, but more of a buildup. I really like the fact that the imitation crab did not smell or taste fishy at all. It is high in sodium, even for a serving size of 2 tablespoons. Since it is a whole dip, I would say to bring it out for a gathering so it will not go to waste. It is way too much for one person. I would get it again if I were hosting or bringing it to a gathering.
