I know that mortadella is essentially bologna, but this stuff really hit the spot. I pan fried it and put it on a sandwich. It was easy, convenient and hit the spot.

Not quite the same as mortadella as we were used to in Europe. This one tasted more artificial and more salty. Tasted more like regular lunchables meat.
