This prebiotic supplement was very gentle on my system. I liked the fact that it was tasteless and could easily be dissolved in any number of liquids, to make it convenient to take. As I understand, prebiotics are helpful in feeding the bacteria in your gut, making it beneficial to have working alongside probiotics. As someone with digestive issues, this product has been very helpful.

This was a great product! I added it to my drinks with no adverse taste or reactions. I think I would have to consistently have it to notice a difference but overall it was a good product
too expensive., taste was okay. Overall I would buy it if it was cheaper..... I could find this product at no frills. I recommend for people who like this stuff
I usually drink a lot of smoothies and shakes and this was something that I thought could add as a booster for my digestion. The taste was honestly not my favourite and it remained this gritty texture and wouldnt blend properly into my drinks no matter what
I drink a shake atleast once a day for either breakfast or a snack. I tried adding this to my shake but found it wouldn't completely blend no matter how long I tried.

The product very well did its job and I would reccommend it to others. It's natural and helps build energy/strength. The taste however could be improved upon.
This product was easy to use since I don't do well with capsules. I felt that my digestive system was back on track in no time. A great product that I will continue to use.
As someone who drinks healthy smoothies and shakes a number of times a week I thought that this may be a great way to add more prebiotics to my diet. I was disappointed however by its gritty and lump texture that it added to my smoothies no matter how much I blended it.
I couldn't take this as it was upset my belly too much. Maybe if I stuck with it for longer, but I was too uncomfortable with it to continue on.
