When one of our co-founders started thinking about having kids, he also started thinking about the world where his kids would grow up. And one of the things he thought A LOT about is our current way of eating. It isn’t sustainable. To ensure a sustainable food future, people needed to eat more vegetables. Our co-founders set out why people weren’t eating more vegetables. People seem to really love them…in theory. But they don’t love peeling, chopping, boiling, etc. Turns out veggies are too much work and not enough taste. So that was our goal: make vegetables easy to prepare and full of taste. The idea was simple: veggie-based food should look and taste like veggies. The process was not simple. But after 8 months we created the Veggie Patty recipe and have since expanded into other delicious products! We hope you enjoy! 

Ranch Cauliflower Wings: Cauliflower, panko coating (water, rice flour, pea protein, dextrose, baking soda, corn flour, rice flour, potato starch, rice starch, tapioca dextrin, sea salt, sunflower oil, flavor, yeast extract, ancho pepper powder, xanthan gum). 

Sauce: Water, sunflower oil, vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, faba bean protein powder, spices, sunflower lecithin, guar gum, cellulose gum, xanthan gum.


Buffalo Cauliflower Wings: Cauliflower, water, panko coating (rice flour, pea protein, dextrose, baking soda), rice flour, potato starch, corn flour, vegetable oil, rice starch, sea salt, yeast extract, ancho pepper powder, xanthan gum, spice. 

Sauce: Water, cayenne peppers, vinegar, sunflower oil, faba bean protein powder, garlic powder, spices, natural flavor (plant sources), sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum, acetic acid.


Kung Pao Broccoli Tempura: Broccoli, Coating [water, Rice Flour, Non Gmo Canola Oil, Potato Starch, Panko Bread Crumb (rice Flour, Pea Protein, Dextrose, Sodium Bicarbonate), Modified Corn Starch, Yellow Corn Flour, Rice Starch, Sea Salt, Leavening (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Sunflower Oil, Yeast Extract, Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Xanthan Gum, Ancho Pepper Powder, Extractives Of Paprika, Extractives Of Turmeric].
