Not as good as regular
I thought it tasted fine but my wife and kids were not fans of this. For people who needed no lactose I think it’s a good option but we will stick to regular.

It's great to find lactose free mac and cheese that is available in convenient and easy to prepare cups. This was a great find and it also tastes great. Everyone in our family likes these for convenience, taste and that they're lactose free.

Once again I’m gonna keep this nice and simple: I love Mac n cheese. If I could have any meal multiple times a day it would be Mac n cheese.
It's good
I personally don't try mac & cheese often because of the lactose intolerant. This Lactose Free M&C Cups by NotCo is a good option for me to try it out. It a bit too salty, so I mix 1 package of plant-based sauce mix with 1 & half servings of noodles to balance the taste. Overall, this mac& cheese is convenient, the texture is good, the taste is cheesy and creamy.
Not Bad
This obviously isn't regular mac and cheese. So I won't knock it for not tasting the same. For being lactose free, it was actually pretty good. The texture was a little different. I made that comment that it kind of tastes like a cheese curd. Which is interesting. Wouldn't seek it out, but would eat again if it was presented to me.

These cups are very convenient and tasty. It is a fast lunch or snack. I keep it for my daughter and she loves them too. Great for the pantry
LF mac cheese
This mac and cheese is creamy and flavorful without the lactose. My kid enjoyed the taste and fount it really convenient for a quick lunch box.
