I had never tried goat milk yogurt before buying this, and the taste is pretty similar to regular plain yogurt. I still prefer Greek yogurt over regular so I wouldnât buy this on the regular, but the taste was good.

Meyenberg has a good line, high quality. I do prefer the kefir, but depends on the texture you want. Definitely lighter than the kefir, great that goat's milk is better on digestive system.

I was not a huge fan of the texture of this yogurt, but it did not taste as bad as I thought it would. After adding fruit and granola on top, this made the best quick breakfast option.
