Good but expensive
I ordered these a couple of time but ended up just doing my own vitamin combo. It was cheaper and I could control the doses better. They’re good for convenience though.

As with most supplement that effect or efficacy are subtle. This capsule are great for anyone that is stressed or going through difficulty mentallyl It's easy to swallow, not too large.

It's one of the best things I've tried
I really like the product. The packaging is great and it's really easy to access. The supplements are really easy to consume. I wish it was readily available near the stores near me.

First off I love how approachable the packaging is with its no nonsense aesthetic! I feel that after a month trial there was a bit of a difference but nothing extreme! Love all of the ingredients and that they are vegan.

Great product will buy again . Made me feel relaxed after a few days used for a month . I felt the anxiety reduce made me a little more force used on the task at hand

Wasn't too fond if these. I saw no difference in how I felt. Will not buy or recommend. I'll stick to exercise and swimming fir improving my mentality
Not much difference
I took this daily for 30 days, and I can't say I noticed much of a difference. I was still the same on a day to day basis while taking these. I wish I could have felt a more noticeable change.
Had a reaction to the ashwagandha
My body reacted badly to the ashwagandha so I had to discontinue my use of the supplements. I didn’t figure it out right away but once I did I knew that these supplements were not for me. I think that if you didn’t react adversely to the ashwagandha then it might be beneficial.
