Great alternative!
This cream provides gentle, localized relief that helps take the edge off cramps. It’s easy to use and doesn’t have a strong smell; however it’s not a total cure for heavier days. It’s healthful but not a standalone solution for painful cramp days.
Good relief
Easy to apply , not too overpowering of a scent, doesn't leave a greasy film on my hands. It's nice to have a topical relief for period pain.

I used this when I had severe cramps and it did not seem to help too much but it at least subsided some of the pain so I could sleep it off. I would definitely try this again and continue to use it even if it only helps to take the edge off.
Soothing
The little bit of menthol that is in this product is soothing and I do like that It has many natural ingredients. I could probably just put some ben gay on my belly, though, and feel the same.

This was alright but I honestly think that the icy hot patches/roll on would work even better than this and for a fraction of the cost.. or even a heating pad

Addition to pain relief routine
I think this is a great product paired with my standard care of ibuprofen, supplements, essential oils and hearing pack. I don’t think it remedies my cramps fully, but happy to include in my routine.
Period cramp relief cream
I’m surprised it has menthol in it and you can use it on cuts and bruises. I’m not sure if it really works for period cramps though. It might work for someone else.
Had hopes
Had some sort of hope that this would work but it did not do much. Heat pad works a lot more and more effective. It was easy to find and easy to apply. I liked that it’s all natural.
