Nice mix
I liked the GoodWheat pancake and waffle mix overall. The pancakes had a nice consistency and thickness and the extra fiber makes them feel substantial.

I did not like the texture and heaviness of this pancake mix. Though I appreciate the healthier ingredients, I was not keen on the taste. I’ll stick to the 365 brand I usually buy.
