Better than Expected
I am the one in my family who is a very picky eater. I went on a Gluten-free diet a few years ago, stayed on it for a couple of years, and then went back to eating foods with gluten. I remember the “sandy” texture of many gluten-free foods. Your pancake mix is not like that. The pancakes come out great! I would buy them again and will recommend them to any person going gluten-free. Thank you for the opportunity to try them!

Unfortunately, this just didn’t have a great “pancake” taste. I made it as directed, but I think it would be better as waffles-made as a savory waffle.
