A good nights rest
I really enjoyed this product. I noticed a change in my sleep when taking this product, there was a change in how long I would sleep and the quality of my sleep. I noticed that I would wake up feeling more refreshed and feeling like I've actually sleep a whole nights sleep instead of waking up and feeling like I've only slept 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this product. This best thing is that is all natural so no scary products.

Great Help with my Sleep
I have always had trouble sleeping and this really helps with my sleep. I don't really like the smell, but it works and I like that it is natural. I don't always rely on it, but it really help on the nights I'm just wide awake.

Always had trouble sleeping, we tried this new product for the first time Ortho sleep. Not to sure if it worked it may have worked because I did sleep a few extra hours that night
Sleep aid that helps you fall asleep
I liked this product as it helped me fall asleep quickly but unfortunately I did not stay asleep using this product. I still would wake up during the night sometimes.

Amazing sleep product
This stud is the real deal, I used it for sleep before a big meeting and it delivered. I have a hard time getting to sleep most night and this def helped calm down my anxious mind.

To decide the effectiveness of a product it should be used for at least a week or two, but since the amount of capsule provided was not enough so I couldn’t derive any clear results
Didn't work for me
This unfortunately did nothing for me. I think my sleep issues are larger then the product is able to deal with. I am happy I was able to sample the product before buying.
