This organic whole milk is sourced from grass-fed cows on small, family farms-- where the average herd is 35 cows. Kalona SuperNatural™ is based in Kalona, Iowa, a small farming community in the heartland of America. Milk from these farms is picked up everyday except Sunday and gently processed so you can enjoy it in the most natural state possible! Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Cottage Cheese (any variety)
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Kalona SuperNatural Organic Milk (any variety)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Boil 5 cups water, add noodles and boil until al dente.
  3. Mix Kalona SuperNatural cottage cheese, Manchego cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, milk, mustard, egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  4. When noodles have finished cooking, drain and place back in pot.
  5. Mix the cheese mixture with the noodles until all noodles are coated.
  6. Spray a 9″x13″ with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Pour noodle mixture into the prepared pan.
  8. Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Enjoy!
