VERY concentrated!
I was taken aback by how concentrated this is. I made a hot tea using only two cubes (13.4g) and 1c boiling water. I thought there were solid pieces in it but they passed through my finest filter. It made a really strong ginger tea. Next time I make popsicles I will try adding a couple cubes to boost the flavor.
